Good afternoon

Is there a way of tracking when things were deleted on the system? A category seems to be missing from our service requests, and its not in the Request Profile code either. We are being asked about it, but cannot find it.

That would depend on which things - however I'm fairly certain that Profile Codes are not one of them.
There should be a limited number of Users who have access to that particular area of the Admin Tool (Admin->Service Manage->Administration->Request Profiles) and this would be Users with the Service Desk Admin Role, but the individual action would not be audited.
