Ruben Posted October 4 Posted October 4 Hi, I need to make some changes to the categories we use on our tickets, and I can't seem to find the Profiles button anymore. Has it been removed?
Peter Clough Posted October 4 Posted October 4 It's in the Service Manager settings pages now, near the bottom. It's been split out into two pages, request categories and closure categories.

Steve Giller Posted October 7 Posted October 7 That suggests that you do not have the correct rights to view the Profile Code management area, which is part of the Service Desk Admin role.
