Email Reporting

Good Evening all! We have a couple of shared mailboxes setup in hornbill, and I'd like to report on email volumes sent and received. Ideally, I'd like to be able to report on not only a count of emails sent/received but also the analyst who sent the message. Has anyone come across this before?

p.s, I know the best approach is to use requests instead of messages, but there are a few operational cases where we use emails which I'd still like to be able to report on.

There is no real concept of the analyst who sent the message, the emails are sent from the Shared Mailbox, so effectively all from the same "person"

A report (or measure) built on h_msg_messages will allow you to retrieve counts of emails and distinguished between sent, received, and different mailboxes/recipients.
