Alisha Posted October 3 Posted October 3 Good morning, We've noticed when creating a Scheduled Request that the Description field has a small character limit. Please could the character limit be increased? Edit: The Summary field is also really short, can the character limit for that be increased as well please? Many thanks, Alisha 1
David Hall Posted October 3 Posted October 3 Hi @Alisha Thanks for posting.. looks like for some reason there were incorrect limits placed on the fields in the UI form. I'll correct this for the next Service Manager update so that the Summary will allow 275 chars and the Description will allow long text just as when logging requests manually. Kind regards, Dave. 2 1
