Gary@ADL Posted October 1 Posted October 1 Hi guys - is it possible to write values into the custom fields in the h_itsm_requests table in the same way as you can during process capture? ive tried using tasks during my workflow, but it does not seem to be writing the values into the custom fields? many thanks
Steve Giller Posted October 1 Posted October 1 No, that's not something that happens in Activities, only in Intelligent Captures. Activities (Tasks) are Platform functionality, not Service Manager, so you cannot map fields to Service Manager tables automatically. You will need to use an Update Custom Fields node and map them specifically. 1
