Column Labels on Service Desk

Hi,

 

How do we we rename the column names here? Specifically looking to rename the Urgency column?

 

I've renamed every instance of Urgency from the translations page but none of them appear to be affecting this one

Hi @will.good

I've just taken a look and unfortunately it seems we are missing a translation string for the urgency and impact values in the request list view so they are not currently translatable.  

I've just added these in so they will be available for you in the next Service Manager update, after the update the translation string to edit will be user.view.requests.urgency
