Steve Preston Posted September 26 Posted September 26 I have newly created service called "AI". I am having an issue where if you create a ticket the customer gets the "SR000001 has been logged", but no other notifications go out. If i add a note to the issue and make sure its set to "Customer" they do not get an email. When i resolve the ticket they do not get an email to say its been resolved. Not sure what is missing? Started to check other older services and the open and resolve notifications work but not sure the add a comment is emailing people
