However, when the test call reached that stage, no resolution button is visible (Should be left of the X) Please can someone tell me where im going wrong here? Kind regards, Martin Mensah
Steve Giller Posted September 25 Posted September 25 This could be a number of things: Is the Request assigned? Is the Action locked? Is the Service configured to display the Action for that Request Type? Does the User viewing the request have the roles to Resolve that Request Type? (Not an exhaustive list ...)
SamS Posted September 25 Posted September 25 Hi Martin, A ) have you actually enabled it on the Request Type configuration in the service: B ) If so, you might have "locked" the ability to resolve in a previous workflow stage? In which case, you would need to unlock it:
