Request Insights Data

Hi

I'm looking to do some analysis on the average amount of time a type of request spends in a given team.

Is the time spent data from Request Insights stored in a table somewhere?

The h_itsm_request_team_assignment table has the h_assignment_timestamp column which tells us when the request was assigned to that team. Would it be possible to add a column which captures the timestamp for any forward assignment?

That would be stored in the next entry with the same Request Reference.

Thanks Steve I did notice that but it isn't easy to do analysis like this.

I'll assume from your response that the answers to both my questions is no.

I'm not saying no to the first one, it's not something I've needed to look into so I don't know whether that data is stored somewhere or calculated when you view it.
