Assistance required for email that keeps bouncing back into Service Manager - never had one before so not sure where to go.

There was a problem deleting a mail from the POP3 account: Server: outlook.office365.com Port: 995 User: service.desk@xxxxxxxxxx This may cause future problems because this mail may remain on the server and be downloaded again next time the Hornbill ESP Mail Importer polls for mail on this account.The error reported by the server was:

Thanks for the post. This is due to he size of the email (some 220Mb) and you will need to move the email in the outlook Inbox to a sub folder.
