Email Date / Time Format and Search function

Hello,  

We have a mixture of views on the shared Mailbox view in Hornbill with some users seeing the full time and date registered against emails and others seeing the format 'a day ago', '2 hours ago' ect.  Is there a quick fix for this to ensure all accounts are uniform to the Date and Time view I have below:

 

We are also reviewing the Email search options to search and return on email addresses.  Is there any functionality to search on an Senders emails address, as we can only see Subject and Body as below?:

Hi @sam reynolds

Above an email list is an icon where you can expand/contract the email list view. It will also switch between full and relative dates.

 

I think extending the search to cover FROM/TO/CC/BCC is possible. It should be soon available (in a matter of a few weeks).

No, however this is being reviewed as a possible enhancement.
