davidrb84 Posted September 17 Posted September 17 Hi All, I'm finding the auto tasks triggered from custom buttons increasingly useful for a new piece of work we're doing. I was wondering if there was any way to run these on a batch of tickets, and if not would anyone else appreciate it being added, perhaps in the "request actions" bulk handling dialog?
