Very minor display issue, but thought I'd mention that I've noticed that the request summary shown in the timeline of the original request when a request is raised via the "Raise New Linked Request" option shows the summary of the original request, not the linked request.

e.g. Incident with summary "Faulty Laptop" is raised by customer. Analyst uses the "Raise new linked request" option to raise "Equipment Exchange" SR. In the timeline of the Incident it says:

Request SR<number> has been linked to this request
SR<number>
Faulty Laptop
(i.e. this incident's summary, not the linked SR's summary "Equipment Exchange")

we tried to replicate this issue with no success.
If the issue still persists for you, can you please give us more details, ideally replication steps, in order for us to replicate.
