Summer automation wrap-up

 

Our Hornbill automation learning program is in full swing. Thank you to everyone who joined the first two automation-themed Academy Live sessions—both sessions received a 4.8 rating from participants.

 

If you missed them, don’t worry! You can catch up by accessing the on-demand versions now available in the Academy, complete with video walk-throughs of the activities:

We also launched our comprehensive introduction to Request Management with Service Manager. This course teaches core topics around the makeup of requests, configuring how requests are used, and key aspects of the request lifecycle. Stay tuned for our future course on Priority Management, which will complement this learning path.
