Linking site specific assets on intelligent capture form

After a service request has been logged, we have opportunity to link site specific assets, in this instance "Persimmon Suffolk":

 

Is that same option available on the intelligent capture form as the request is being logged? I've set all asset options to show but can't see the option for the site when logging the request:

 

Even though all options are configured in the workflow:

 

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated :)

I've set the customer as myself and yeah location is set to Persimmon Suffolk. Seems to show up fine after the the request is logged, just not on the capture form when logging it
