Customer custom attributes in captures

We're currently looking for ways to show certain questions in an intelligent capture only to a subset of users, based on one of their custom attributes.

At present, there does not appear to be any way to use custom attributes as a conditional in the capture, they are presumably not pulled until/unless we use the appropriate node in a workflow. Is this something that could be exposed for use in a capture please?

You can't do that in the Capture, but you could do that by having the subsets of Users in specific (Hornbill) Groups, and having multiple Catalog Items, each with the same name and Workflow, but a tailored Capture.
You would then use the Manage Catalog Visibility option to reveal the relevant CI to each team and the tailored Capture would ask the questions pertinent to that specific Group.

Our use case is narrow enough for that to not be worth it, but we've had some other ideas of what we can do with this, which we're going to explore.
