Location of login tracking on user account

Hi All

One of my analysts has questioned the login history locations on her profile - I am presuming these are just locations of Hornbill infrastructure for logon / access? Screen shot below shows Logon, Cardiff and Manchester so I just wanted to confirm for her nothing to worry about and all is expected

The location we display is what your ISP returns when Hornbill asks for the location. For example, I always log in "from" Digbeth in Birmingham which is not where I am physically located.

If the times are correct and the locations differ wildly that would be a question for your ISP, if there are logins at unexpected times or from an unusual IP address that may be more of a concern.
