EWA Posted September 6 Posted September 6 I'm looking into SLA escalation and want to set up a board, I've noticed that there is an option for SM board and Board Manager option. I do not get any options under the the Service Manger options though. Whats the different between those two type of boards?
David Hall Posted September 6 Posted September 6 Hi @EWA The SM Boards have been deprecated so you should use the Board Manager option from now on. The tab for SM Boards was left in place only for some customers that had previously used the functionality which may be why you are still seeing it but please use Board Manager for your new escalations. ArmandoDM Posted September 12 Posted September 12 Good morning @EWA can you please tell if the following app-setting is enabled/disabled on this customer instance please ? app.itsm.boards.disableServiceManagerBoards We would expect it to be ON, so to disable the deprecated Service Manager Boards. Can you see any reference to Service Manager Boards in your user-app ? Thank you Armando
