Lewis Chandler Posted September 6 Posted September 6 We have a need to use an API to link requests together as part of our leavers process e.g. one ticket created for the leaver, one for the equipment return Currently only one ticket is raised, but we will raise two, and want to be able to link them together to keep the process working well
Steve Giller Posted September 6 Posted September 6 Is there any reason that you can't use the Log Request node in the Workflow? This will raise the second Request and automatically link them. 2
