Jim Posted September 5 Posted September 5 Hi all, When our token expires in keysafe for the oauth outlook connector, we never receive any notification just a sudden day of quiet emails and then a oh no thought, go into emails and test to find its expired. Can we receive alerts when this fails instead of having to be reactive, the problem is we also automate the routing alot so we just assume they've all routed perfectly fine, the only emails that usually stay in inbox are ones without a reference or a routing rule against them which is usually quite few
