JJack Posted September 5 Posted September 5 Hi, Further perhaps to a 2018 post in the Service Manager area: Is there any prospect of introducing reusable code for processes? The typical situation I am thinking of is: Basic call set up carried out Send for approval Main call handling We have standard stages particularly for approvals. Every time we want to add a node or change some wording we have to update every process individually. Every time we set up a new process we have to copy in a stage from an 'example' process. A reusable-code approach was possible in Supportworks VPME, with either 'carry on somewhere else' or 'go back to where you came from' possible. I would not be keen on a solution that needed a separate process for every stage and involved working out (and maintaining) where to carry on at the end of each. We do utilise switching one process on to another occasionally but that is fairly messy - and there's no way back Best, Jill.
