will.good Posted September 3 Posted September 3 Since the redesign, this page has left us with nothing but more confusion over our storage usage. Is there any information on what is included in each category? Already raised with support, but... concerns over the Mail slice of the pie as this does not add up to what we can see. On the Pie above this is currently over 4 times higher than our Total Mailbox sizes in Admin>Platform Config>Shared Mailboxes. Why is Document Manager (and other apps that take up storage space) not included on here? We'd be interested to see how much space the documents we hold in DM are taking up. What does the Other slice cover? What does Workflow Engine cover? To just be (seemingly) covering workflows this seems like an high amount of space We've been focusing a lot on archiving request attachments over the past few months, but this seems to have made quite a small difference to our overall storage space despite removing over 17 GB (and seemingly not the biggest chunk of our storage space) Additionally, Instance Data Storage & Quota - Hornbill the page here has been removed and migrated to the docs site, but the link is dead.
