Collaboration module missing

Hornbill split out Collaboration as a separate app from Platform a couple of months ago and sent out a direct email advising of the change and the need to install the new app.

Looks like something in the migration on your instance has not gone quite to plan.

When you go to live.hornbill.com/<instance>/admin/solutions/subscription/usage/ does the Collaboration subscription show?

Might be best to raise it Customer Support or your Customer Sucess contact at Hornbill.

Thanks @Martyn Houghton,

 

I do remember the notification of the intended change and initially it seemed fine. It's only recently I've noticed something seems amiss. 

 

I think you're right, as the collaboration module is also missing from the application subscriptions under "your usage". I'll raise it with our support contact.
