Brian Whitehouse Posted September 2 Posted September 2 We have recently had a large number of devices delivered to our organisation, and have been using the Bulk upload option in Asset Management. Since last week, we have lost the ability to Bulk upload, and don't fancy manually creating over 600 assets. Has anyone else come across this issue, and know how to resolve it? We currently do not have Premium support, so can't log a ticket to get assistance from Hornbill themselves.
Jim Posted September 2 Posted September 2 its moved to service manager settings, at the bottom I must say its an annoying choice though as I wouldn't really see this as a configuration and we have users who use this regularly in our commercial team who have no familiarity with the setting area behind the system 1 1
