Presumably that should only be there for those people in the Knowledge Beta trial and who have permissions granted...

I did verify after I saw this, and it does only show if you're in the beta and have a Knowledge role that allows creation of content.

This button is part of the Knowledge Beta and shouldn't be visible to all.  This will be removed from visibility for non-beta customers on the next Service Manager update.
