New Update: Service Manager (3180)

Hello everyone,

The latest update of Service Manager (3180) has been released to live.

The change log for this update is as follows:

New
  • Bpm operation to link an individual service to a request {CH00183897}
Change
  • Readded the option to filter the asset list by class via a dropdown
  • Moving asset views to admin area ('Upload Assets' and 'Asset Tags') {CH00183915}
Fix
  • from the customer Portal, after adding attachment(s) to a request and press the upload button, the page freezes {PM00183923}
  • Asset Views - Unable to select Settings for the view that you are viewing {PM00183898}
  • the Enable Questions switch in the feedback section of a Service is always disabled {PM00183780}
  • missing attachments when raising requests via the Employee Portal {PM00183779}
