I've noticed there is a "h_datedue" column in the h_itsm_requests table, however I've not seen anywhere where we could expose or even set this field (other than the entityUpdateRecord API call).

We have the concept of due date for service requests and have been using a custom field to track this, however custom fields cannot be exposed in the request list, without creating a custom view.

Since the field already exists and doesn't appear to be used for anything, could it please be exposed for use in the BPM, ICF and Request List (as a column) and sidebar in the Request view (under the "Logged On" field)?

It is already available in Reports and shown in the Entity Viewer for the Requests entity.
