dryrun=false flag was ignored on asset import utility 4.9.1

We were testing asset updates using the importer and set "dryrun=true"

The utility updated the asset as if the flag was set to "dryrun=false"

I am therefore concerned it's a fault and it's over-looking the flag.

We ran 4.9.1 but on looking at the release notes for 4.9.2 and 4.10.0 there was no mention of this being a fixed bug.

We also saw the message "successfully updated to version 4.10.0". Not see this myself before so not sure if that process itself could have caused the issue?

@Berto2002 You're not providing the command arguments in the correct format. They need to be prefixed with a hyphen, as per the documentation.

@Berto2002 Also, re: the import utility self-updating, that feature was added in v4.0.0, on 6th July 2023.
