We are trying to add the column called 'Closure Category' into app.com.hornbill.servicemanager.workBench.requests.columnList

We have tried adding the following {"column":"ClosureCategory","visible":false} - and every other combination of this variable that we can imagine and none of these work (closurecde, closureID, closurecategoryID, closurecategoryname, problemcode, problemprofile etc.etc.)

We want to be able to see this in the request list like we can as a chart - but this is a limitation...unless we are just doing it wrong?? Has anyone got any ideas?

Likewise, is there a list of these items that can be added - we have looked in the wiki to no avail 😢

Pretty much, I'm afraid.

That setting does not apply to the Request List View, so no matter what you put in there won't have any effect, and I'm fairly certain there is no setting that will expose closure categories on the Request List, partly because the Request List is designed for viewing active Requests.

Thanks Steve, Very helpful as always 😀

As the profile codes have now been split by request and closure (and were previously displayed in one area) if you wanted to report on one element of these which variables would you select and from what tables?
