I have a process that requires me to put the ticket on hold for 3 months after a few tasks have been completed. for example task 1 task 2 task 2 complete > I then want the ticket to automatically to be put on hold for a 3 month period > ticket to then be taken off hold for 3 months for the final task to be completed. thanks
CraigP Posted August 22, 2024 Posted August 22, 2024 Yes, you can do this using a "Place on Hold" (under Requests > Update Request) automation node followed by a "Wait for Request Off Hold" (under Requests > Suspend) automation node.
