Hi,

 

Our users are imported and updated from our Active directory using the Data Import config profiles.

Is there anyway to automatically remove a user from a department? We have found if a user is in department A and they change within the organisation and Active Directory is updated to department B they are then updated and added to the new department B in Hornbill but the user account is also left in the original department A so they now show as being in 2 departments.

 

Can the data import profiles as well as updating the profile also remove them from the original department (A in this case)?
