Berto2002 Posted August 20, 2024 Posted August 20, 2024 I like to preview new things but each time I open the Boards I have to click the "preview new view" button. It would be better if browser remembered my decision please and I can opt to toggle it off if I want to.
Steve Giller Posted August 20, 2024 Posted August 20, 2024 I've just tested this and once I've clicked the "Preview New View" button this remains my choice until I click the "Disable New View" button.
Berto2002 Posted August 20, 2024 Author Posted August 20, 2024 Just realised the new preview uses a new URL and I was going back to the existing one with a favourite. Preview: https://live.hornbill.com/xxx/boardmanager/oui/board/5/ vs Production: https://live.hornbill.com/xxx/boardmanager/board/5/ In that respect, the implementation of this preview is different to when the main UI preview occurred; that was done within the same URL and must have used some kind of stored parameter.
TrevorHarris Posted August 21, 2024 Posted August 21, 2024 There is a setting to remember whether the new boards are enabled or not, but yes the boards exist on different URLs if you access the boards directly from there URL you will still get the old board view until this is switched off. Thanks Trevor
