Request to have a timeout setting for new Live Chat sessions. If a Live Chat user waits for a (configurable) period of time without a response, a custom message is returned.

This is something that is on our roadmap to add, although I've just checked and I can see it isn't showing currently. I'll get that fixed for the next live chat update. Hopefully we'll see this feature added to the product soon.
