We were busy putting documentation together for our users and noticed a discrepancy in the FAQ icon between Service Portfolio admin users and non-admin users.

I've have attached 2 screenshots showing the FAQ icon, which shows as a question mark for service admin users and as a documents icon for everyone else:

  • Admin view:
