Report instances removed

Hi

One of our users has reported that some of their report instances/history have been removed.

Oddly it has kept some older report instances.

Is there anything that might be running in the background that would cause this?

If you're referring to the "Download" button, these are all on runs where the report has failed - in those instances the failure was enough to prevent the resulting files being generated.

Nothing has been removed, they would never have been there to begin with.
