Hi,

I need to configure the workflow with a specific request type. It didn`t work. There is something wrong we don`t understand. Can you please help?

The part of the log file you have posted and the screenshot of the Workflow are not connected.

I can't tell you from the information provided where the problem lies, but it's definitely not on part of the screenshot that you've highlighted, the names of the nodes in the Log do not match those in the Workflow screenshot, for example.

The log shows that we are progressing from a "Get Request Details" node to a Decision, then to a "Get Intelligent Capture Answers" node to another Decision.
None of these nodes are shown on either the first or second screenshot of your Workflow, so whatever problem you're looking for you are not looking in the correct place.
