Just looking at the following extract from the roadmap library regarding improvements to Knowledge Management. Is there an expected completion date for this work? We're looking to utilise its features as we roll out an improved knowledge base to our analysts.

Hi @Will Darley

Thanks for your post.  This is currently in development and there is a beta program in place where a select number of customers already have access and are using the Phase 1 features.  We are looking to have the phase 1 features available for general release this year.
