Hello everyone,

The latest update of Service Manager (3170) has been released to live.

The change log for this update is as follows:

Change
  • Pin questions section on the Employee Portal {CH00183588}
Fix
  • Suspend node wait for assessment does not work after another suspend assessment node {PM00183702}
  • Cannot view the original email from the timeline for requests logged from them. {PM00183661}
  • Category form not filtering the categories according to the service/catalog selected, for requests raised via Raise New" button {PM00183647}
  • Quick Search - Basic User on the Employee Portal {PM00183572}
