Roles missing when searching under 'All Types'

Good morning,

We're finding that certain roles are missing when we're searching under 'All Types'. For example, we couldn't find Service Domain Administrator - we had to change the drop-down to 'Security' in order for it to appear. Is this intended behaviour? We are finding it difficult to search for roles when they're not all listed under 'All Types'.

Hi Alisha,

I had a look into this, but could not see any issues, these roles were returned correctly while I was testing.

I think there might be an issue here, as that is not the expected behaviour. Are you able to contact the support desk to investigate this for you?
