Berto2002 Posted August 13, 2024 Posted August 13, 2024 We have put in place a new form/workflow to process new demand work from our customers. We have a backlog of in-progress items running through the manual (spreadsheet) process and the customer wants to import them. I have found but not yet played with the request import utility: Introduction to the Hornbill Service Manager Import Utility Major question though is how to specify ICF workflow and how workflow and human tasks will (or will not) function. I can't see any way to do this so my assumption is that it's only worth importing closed Requests since they will be 'dead' to the workflow engine. Would appreciate any hints tips, experience or guidance on what we can and cannot do when importing Requests; and what fields are required for this to work (other than obvious user data). Thanks in advance.
