Resolution profile reupload issues

After downloading, altering and reuploading the .xlsx for resolution categories, any workflow with a node for updating resolution categories seems to be broken - despite showing the right category in the workflow settings, before and after the update.

Even though the vast majority of the codes and names were the same in my reupload, have I somehow reset an invisible ID number behind these processes?
I.e. is the update node looking for "Team Name>I did a thing" (old) and won't accept "Team Name>I did a thing" (New)

So they are mapped using an ID like in the image below, and they show a display value also being the 'Name' so if you have essentially recreated them all, they would have a new ID, but the display would still be the same just the ID doesn't map anymore

Ah poo, well good to know what I've done. Guess I've got a little job ahead of me refreshing all those.
