samwoo Posted August 9, 2024 Posted August 9, 2024 Good afternoon, I didn't know if this was a defect or any enhancement so I chose both. We use [blockquote] in various parts of our Workflows, such as Human Tasks, Automated Timeline Updates etc. Recently I have included them in the Resolution Text as well for a specific process, and it looks good in the Resolution Text field and on the Timeline. However, I have just noticed that the email being sent out doesn't render the blockquote, and instead just displays the text. Here is the email after it's been sent: Here is the Resolution Text field: I can also confirm that the |wiki flag is being used in the email template: When sending an email - please could this be fixed either by: * Replacing [blockquote] with <table><tr><td> and [/blockquote] with </td></tr></table> (maybe apply some styling to almost mimic what the blockquote box looks like) * Removing [blockquote] and [/blockquote] entirely
samwoo Posted September 6, 2024 Author Posted September 6, 2024 Good morning, Has this been picked up internally by any chance? Where [blockquote] is being used in the resolution text, it still displays [blockquote] in the email that goes out to the users. Thanks, Samuel
