Hello, I wondered if someone could elaborate on the behaviour I've seen when updating closure profiles via import, and/or the time it takes so if I need to do it again there's less disruption.

I guess I'd like to know how quickly are new categories filtered through the system, or what other symptoms I might expect?

For context

• Yesterday I amended an xlsx file, reuploaded with the clear-down box checked. The categories disappeared from the main list but showed the right number or added and removed, and upon re-exporting the file it showed the updates so I left it. 

• The categories were back in the this morning but had reports, from at least yesterday afternoon, of people unable to close jobs across different services as it showed "There are no categories currently available for selection" (& ours is mandatory). 

• The requests in services that had a category level setting, show this error. Even though the settings looked adjusted still, removing and readding the levels seems to fix it.
