EWA Posted August 9, 2024 Posted August 9, 2024 Does anyone has a way to record when a call was logged in from a WalkIn?
Emily Patrick Posted August 9, 2024 Posted August 9, 2024 We have a contact type of 'Walk-in' that the analysts use. It's just a radial button that can be selected when raising a ticket. We also have a 'counter quick ticket' to record a quick query and it asks for the location as we have multiple counters at different times of the year
Peter Clough Posted August 12, 2024 Posted August 12, 2024 We've recently added a button to update a custom field just to say it was a walk-in, will be adding a checkbox to calls going forward.

Had a look at the Request Settings not obvious to me how this would have been done.?
EWA Posted August 14, 2024 Author Posted August 14, 2024 I've found out that there is Hornbill Automation node that updates the Source . so I created AutoTask to change the Source to WalkIn
Emily Patrick Posted August 15, 2024 Posted August 15, 2024 We have it built into the capture of one of our forms as a static radioset, and then we can report on it this way 1
