We have a contact type of 'Walk-in' that the analysts use.  It's just a radial button that can be selected when raising a ticket.  We also have a 'counter quick ticket' to record a quick query and it asks for the location as we have multiple counters at different times of the year

And how did you add the contact type onto the request? Had a look at the Request Settings not obvious to me how this would have been done.?

I've found out that there is Hornbill Automation node that updates the Source . so I created AutoTask to change the Source to WalkIn
