I need to resolve over 2000 tickets which are either onhold or open and many has incomplete activities. 

The service owner wants me to resolved or closed those calls. Is there a quick way to close such a calls and all open activities.?

Hi @EWA I think if the tickets have got actions outstanding in them you wouldn't be to resolve them until those activities were completed, using the bulk actions button in the request list.

You could bulk cancel, using the tick box and the settings cog screen in the request list for those items.
