Berto2002 Posted August 9, 2024 Posted August 9, 2024 Have you set the right permissions in your Office 365 tenancy? It's things like this: KeySafe (hornbill.com) And then using Microsoft documentation to understand what permissions to give the user to be allowed to start and run channel conversations. I have a nasty feeling it may need to be global admin level... Suggest you alter the "continue on error" to "no" and then you will start to see the error messages either from the Hornbill or the Microsoft side to assist in your diagnosis.

I think you are right there, there is a token active in keysafe but no API permission set behind the scenes in Azure to allow messages to be sent to channels.
