enahancement Request List View Criteria - is not set

Can we request an enhancement for the Request List - Views criteria to add 'is not set' to the existing 'is' and 'is not' operators?

I sure this has been raised before but I could not locate it on the forum.

For example, I want to share a view with the team of all the requests where the Logging Category has not yet been set.
