A while a go I setup a profile with branching categories that appear when selecting the type of data to enter, ie Create Change.  From the Portfolio select RFC and then a tree of categories appears for selection to an eventual form to complete.

I'm assuming there has been an update since and this has moved.  I cannot seem to find profiles any where and under Service Manager I don't see in the list of options.

Please advise.

Below the Advanced Tools & Settings category is a category called Administration, where the top three options should be Assessments, Request Profile Codes, and Closure Profile Codes.

If you're not seeing them, my presumption would be that you do not have the Service Desk Admin role, which I think is required to see everything here.
