Llyr Posted August 7, 2024 Posted August 7, 2024 Hi In reviewing some tickets, i have found out that we have tickets that been set as resolved/closed, but looking at the ticket i can see that a process is still running and looking in Manage Executed Workflows, i notice that the ticket is under the Suspended area. Is there a way to run a report to list ticket number for call that have been Resolved/Closed but are still in the Suspended area. If i knew the tables the different data is kept i could sort the report. Reason for needing this is that if unchecked all these ticket could start to impact Hornbill performance. Thanks Llyr
Steve Giller Posted August 7, 2024 Posted August 7, 2024 Try this for a starting point. Note: This is a Platform report, don't try uploading it under Service Manager. Additionally, it does not cater for Resolved Requests as you would commonly expect these to have a running Workflow behind them. running-bpms-on-closed-requests.report.txt 1
Llyr Posted August 7, 2024 Author Posted August 7, 2024 Thanks for this. Does state 4 mean they are suspended? Wow i didnt not expect so many tickets to come back
Steve Giller Posted August 7, 2024 Posted August 7, 2024 4 should be suspended, yes - you can check by grabbing the BPM ID and looking in the list, of course, just to be safe. You may want to extend the report to include the Owner so you know which staff need beating with a stick until they perform the required actions in the prescribed order. 2
