Hi All

When we search for a text value in the timeline under requests, the returned results are not in any date order, and there is no option to export so it is hard to locate a particular request on occassion.

Is it possible to:

1) have options to put the search results into date order - currently as shown here the results are all over the place date wise. As below you can see we have 7338 keyboard values in the timeline and the dates of the returned data is not in any date order.

2) output the results to analyse if needed in Excel? (This would probably not be required if we can filter the results further as shown in number 3 below)

3) can we have a combo search at all? For example search for Timeline entries showing a value of Keyboard for March of 2022.I know we could output this from the backend but this is more for our teams to use when working requests as they often have to search for historic requests / identify other similar requests.

I don't want to open up the backend reporting to all and sundry, and also do not want to be bogged down trying to locate requests for the analysts, so some further options in the Search bar would be really helpful !

Many thanks as always

Adrian

+1 for data order of results (Desc/Asc) and the ability to limit the age of the records search, via a drop down such as last 3 month 6 months, 12 month, 24 months and customer where  from specific date.
